Jacob L. McCashen

Jacob L. McCashen was born in Butler County, Ohio, in 1805. The names of his parents were John and Susan Long McCashen. Mr. McCashen came to Shelby County to live in 1833, but had entered his land in the year 1826. In 1839 he married Mary Line, who was born in Brown County, Ohio, in 1821. They have two children, James and Joseph L.; the first was born in 1842, the latter in 1845.
