Celestin Delaet

Celestin Delaet, Dealer in General Merchandise, Houston, Ohio.

Mr. Delaet was born in Elsass, France, April 5, 1840. He emigrated to America in 1861, and located in Houston, this county, where in 1863 he engaged in the mercantile business, which he has since been conducting with success. On the 15th of June, 1863, he married Miss Rose Voisard, of Miami County, Ohio, born September 27, 1845. Mr. and Mrs. Delaet settled in Houston, where they have since resided. They have a family of four children, viz., Christina M., Elizabeth M., Beot J., and Alfie C.
