Major Fred S. Marquis

Major Fred S. Marquis has been appointed a trustee of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Memorial Library Building by Judge Mansfield to serve seven years. The appointment of Major Marquis gives the Spanish-American war veterans representation on the board.
