William Ferris

William Ferris, of Mt. Lookout, a member of the firm of S. M. Ferris & Co., Linwood, was born in the year 1825, on the fifth of October; was married twice. His first wife, Miss Thompson, is deceasad. His second wife was a Miss Sergent. Mr. Ferris is a member of the Baptist church - has himself located in nice quarters in an elegant house in Mt. Lookout, and is in easy circumstances. He has a family of four children.
