Dr. John Utley

Dr. John Utley was born in Westerville, Franklin County, Ohio, in 1843. He graduated From the Whetsone Seminary, read medicine in Sterling, Illinois, and graduated from the Rush Medical College in 1862. He located at Galena at once, and today is the oldest and best known physician in the eastern part of the county.
