Dr. Frank E. Eckelbury
Dr. Frank E. Eckelbery was born on Alum Creek, six miles east of Delaware. After graduating in medicine, he located at Bellepoint, Ohio, in 1877, the haven for the beginner. He soon entered upon a large practice. Broken in health, after a few years of hard work, he died from a complication of diseases, and was buried near his old home.
