Joseph C. Thompson

Joseph C. Thompson, son of Nathan and Emma, was born in Montgomery County, June 6th, 1841, and came to this county in 1858. His wife was born in Miami County. She is Sarah C., daughter of John and Nancy Smeltzer, who came from Miami County in 1863. The names of Mr. Thompson's brothers and sisters are John, James, Marshal, Harriet, Susan, Frank and Chrissie. Mrs. T. has two brothers--William and Henry--and a sister, Mary J. They have one son, Marshal S.
