David Steiner
David Steiner's parents, Christian and Barbara Steiner, came from Wayne County in 1837. David was born in this township, Jan. 25, 1843. He married Mary Schaller, whose parents, John and Elizabeth Schaller, came to this county in 1870, from Switzerland, where Mary was born, May 25, 1850. Mrs. S. has one brother, John, and one sister, Elizabeth. The names of Mr. Steiner's brothers and sisters are Elias, Gideon, Isaac, Peter, Mary, Noah, Barbara, John and Fanny. David and Mary Steiner have two children, Albert Henry and Armin Theodore. Mr. S. has held the office of treasurer.
