Israel T. Moore
JAMES M MONTAGUE, son of John and Mary Montague, was born in Virginia, 12th January, 1815, and came to Allen County in 1854. He married Susan, daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Lockhart. Mrs. M. was born in Pennsylvania, June 20, 1821. They have three children: Thomas, Lizzie and Mary E. Mr. Montague's brothers and sisters are Spicer, John, Samuel, William, Joseph, Richard, Nancy, Mary, Fanny, Hannah and Susan. Mrs. M. has one sister, Eliza, and four brothers, Jacob, Henry, Frederick and David Lockhart.
