Leonard W. Jackson
Leonard W. Jackson, son of Elijah and Hamintal Jackson, and his wife, Amanda, daughter of Jacob and Ann Booze, were both born in Knox County, the former on July 14, 1836, and the latter on Feb. 4, 1838. They have one daughter, Jessie Leota, and one son, Charlie W. Mr. J.'s brothers and sisters are Mary Elizabeth, Samuel H., Freegift, David St. Clair, Henry A., John R., and Adelia E. Mrs. J.'s brotners [sic] and sisters are, Morgan, Sarah A., Eliza, Henry, Christopher Alexander, Catharine, Demas, Aminda, Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth.
