Joshua S. Rutledge

Joshua S. Rutledge, the only child of Joshua W. and Rachel Rutledge, was born in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 19th March, 1837. He married Charlotte D., daughter of William L. and Henrietta Walter. She was born in Knox County, 4th March, 1837. They have seven children--Albert L., Therus O., Edward L., Sarah F., Jennie May, John H., and Laura B. The brothers and sisters of Mrs. Rutledge are Mary Jane, Vincent, Rachel Eleanor, Philip, Russell, and Henrietta.
