John Franks

John Franks was born in Hancock County in 1834. His parents, Michael and Priscilla Franks, had five children--John, David, Elisha, Benjamin, Mary R., and Elizabeth. His wife, a daughter of Thomas and Nancy Evans, was born in Trumbull County. They have three children. Mr. Franks has held the office of constable.
