Thomas W. Dobbins
Thomas W. Dobbins, and his wife, Sarah Jane (Fenn) Dobbins, were both born at Poland, Mahoning County. They have six children--Olive, Clara Jane, William F., Joseph G., Thomas A., and Emma E. Mr. Dobbins has a sister, Mary E., and two brothers, Joseph and Cyrus. Mrs. D. has a brother, George Fenn, and three sisters, Eliza, Maria, and Jane E. Mr. Dobbins was born April 26, 1834, and came to this county in 1863. His parents, Joseph and Jane Dobbins, came in 1866. His wife was born in September, 1838. Her parents, William and Charlotte Fenn, came to Allen County in 1863. Mr. D. has held the office of Justice of the Peace one term.
